Anyone using ebay live chat will know sometimes things don't always get solved. This blogger has come up with a theory that live chat could be a bot instead of an actual person.

It wouldn't surprise me if that was the case. With the right programming, it would probably be a smart move.

I've only used it once, and it was a person, but that was a long time ago.

Bottom line, it would save 'em money.
