Be aware that many ebayers view this tactic as shady. When they see tons of 1 cent ebooks its a big red flag and can scare people off. They think "What does this person have to hide?"

Thanks for a nice, free ebook. I was interested in using it to post feedback after 90 days. When I tried to leave the feedback, ebay stated there wasn't an item to leave feedback for. Anything new to help would be appreciated.
Thanks again for your ebook!

Feedback Tips Build and maintain a high positive feedback rating with these simple tips:
Always represent your item accurately and honestly.
Make your terms of sale easy to find and easy to understand-especially concerning payment terms, shipping, and returns.
Be available to answer questions before and after the listing closes.
Be patient and courteous with your buyers. Give them the benefit of the doubt until it is obvious that they are not responding or cooperating.
Make every possible effort to bring the transaction to a satisfying close. Negative feedback should only be left as a last resort. It's not unusual for a sale to be cancelled and still be resolved to the satisfaction of both seller and buyer.

As I am about to undertake some e-bay selling I found the e-book useful and full of common sense thinking.
It was good to have a number of my thoughts confirmed.
I hope to be actively involved in searching for further advice; and perhaps one day giving some back.
This feels like the right forum to be involved in.
