How is it affecting everyone ? and paypal - they seem to have annual limits now ? In the past i'ev always ebayed as an individual, does this mean i need to incoroporate now ?

If you are buying to resell, then yes you will need to register as a business seller on ebay.
eBay is always changing, and it is debateable whether it is for the best or not, but such is the nature of business selling - having to adapt to an ever changing marketplace. |

| It's getting more difficult to make money on eBay. You pretty much need products that have at least 100% markup, or it's just not worth it. |
