eBay and Apple's Safari web browser

Regarding ebay using safari browser - Anyone noticed when you make a new sell item form, that the text toolbar is all garbled code (ie you can't edit font/text size etc in the item description area). Should I just use another browser on my mac?

Personally I never used it. Any other mac users on the forum, who care to assist?
