Even when I call my rep its a 2-3 day wait, best to post in the forums or blogs

The best thing to do is take advantage of eBays global sites. If, for example your registered with eBay.com you can also contact eBay.co.uk, ebay.com.au or any other eBay site - sometimes contacting an alternative site will bring a much quicker response.
