The title pretty much says it all. I'm in high school and I don't have a bank account or credit card.
One of my friends offered to transfer money into a paypal account for me. I know I can't sell things without it being verified, but can I use money that's definately already there?

Yes, although some sellers will only ship to confirmed addresses.

As above, yes you can, but it's worth bearing mind that eBay & Paypal rules state users have to be over 18.

It may be worth asking your parents if you could register the accounts in their name? The details can always be changed to yours when you turn 18...

many sellers are now accepting credit cards directly, without going through pay-not-my-pal.

I think paypal allow your account to be unverified for a certain period . They allocate you £x of spending and if you want to go over that, then it needs to verified. Nochex may be an aletrnative for you for paying for goods.
