You may also want to change the title of the page, " Get FREE ACCESS Immediately to T" doesn't really tell us anything and if the offer is really time sensitive why not try adding a countdown clock to see if it improves the optiin rates.

The link doesn't work. Make sure you use basic SEO strategies and your found a niche that will sell. You do those two things then you can get people to sign up. Oh, also tell people in you bid to sign up with a link to your About Me page that has your opt-in list.
