buying from china = profits

What's selling on eBay at the moment, have you discovered any profitable dropshippers or wholesalers?

Hey all-

so i have a full time job, but I use ebay to make extra profit on the side (my best month has been $2800). I've actually considered taking this full-time, but given the economy, i can't justify giving up my job just yet

anyway, i find that the formula which has worked for me is:

1. do research on what product(s) sell

2. find that product

3. write a catchy/informative sales page

Seems simple, but it's number 2 and 3 that are kind of a hassle. Searching the internet can be difficult for number 2 because there are so many "dropshippers" and "wholesalers" who just mark-up everything... so it's a waste.

That's when I realized that the best way to get attention on ebay is to have a lower price than the other similar products... and the way I do this is to buy directly from China.

I came across this resource and I've established a good relationship with 3 suppliers from China...the make them cheap but they are still quality... I always make a profit. here it is if you are interested:

It was money well spent for me... of course you could probably research other resources, this one just worked for me.

Last, I make money because of my sales page... one of the best ways to gain bids is by offering to help the winning bidder as much as possible. Offer free shipping where possible and even a return policy! (this is rare on ebay, so it will make the bidders feel comfy when bidding).

Hope those little tid-bits helped- let me know what you think!

I agree. I've struggled with the moral dilemas of buying from china vs. american, but truly how many products are actually made here anymore? I look around my house and can't see a thing that wasn't made somewhere else.

Anyway, buying from China, although occasionally risky, is definitely a way to cut costs and increase profits.

,,,,it is the right time to buy from China, just be careful and don't trust until you are sure the supplier is real, many people in China often think of only how to make money fast
