I am new here, but have been selling on ebay for a while.. Been really working it the past couple months.. I have noticed the same thing about people not leaving FeedBack... I am currently awaiting for over 10 buyers to leave me feedback..

I use to wait to leave feedback until I got it from them.

Anymore I just feedback for my buyers feedback after I ship their Item.. and just move on...

Have you tried sending a pleasant email to these buyers, saying you hope they were happy with the purchase and if they were could they leave you feedback. As an ebayer buyer, it is easy to foget given every day chaotic lives. A simple friendly reminder can do the trick.

I agree. After giving enough time for the item to delivered and received, you may send out a friendly reminder asking your buyer to leave a feedback if they are happy with the transaction. Buyers don't leave feedbacks for a couple of reasons:

1. They are too busy and don't see the importance of leaving a feedback.
2. They are not happy with the transaction.

Some sellers subscribe to eBay's Selling Manager Pro to automate leaving feedbacks to buyers who have paid for an item or buyers who have paid and left a positive feedback. The Selling Manager Pro also sends automated emails to buyers to:

1. Notify them that they won an item and to thank them for the purchase.
2. Notify them that payment has been received.
3. Check if they have received the item, was satisfied with the purchase and to remind them to leave a positive feedback. You could also give a brief description of the DSR so that they will be aware of how it works.

This is an excellent way to improve overall customer satisfaction without the hassles of sending out emails manually. The instructions on how to set this can be found on eBay Help Section under Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro.

Some people just don't leave feedback, it's a fact. I've found that by configering your store messaging service to send them a reminder automatically after a few weeks encourages some people to leave feedback but a small portion never bother. Don't worry about it. Just keep trading, I don't even bother checking my feedback, good bad or indifferent there's nothing you can do about it anyway.

I agree with sending reminders.. I do that, but after two or three times, Figure that they are going to leave any feedback..

Lately I tried, after item has been shipped, just leaving positive feedback.
Still some people don't do not leave feedback
So I just move on and work on getting more products up for Auction..
