HI, , I sold my iphone because i need the money to help my daughter buy school supplies since I lost my job. The buyer received the iphone & opened a charge back without contacting me or anything, I contacted him asking whats the problem , he never responded, I know the phone was like new and shipped in a special iphone box insured so I believe he is scam, Paypal say it takes 75 days to fight charge back. is there anything i can do to get money early? , we are short on money & need to feed the family. thanks

The police and the government department in charge of consumer affairs in their country if they do not issue you with a refund. Considering they are selling an item prohibited in a number of countries, this bluff is very effective.Be aware!
