Just a quicky, its rather difficult, I've got a buyer who claims he left his computer on and his room mate used it to purchase an ebook from me, using his user ID and paying using his Paypal account.
Now what options do I have, especially if he disputes this with paypal?? He could claim unauthorised access - even though he left the account open.

Ive told the buyer to get his room mate to pay him, then its sorted? But I think this is going to be a problem buyer |

| I think so as well, otherwise it could have been solved between the room-mates. I'd just wait and see if the item is disputed and not worry about it too much. |
