hey everyone
I bought some sennheiser CX300 headphones from what appeared to be a reputable seller (100% feedback), but they are fake!!!
you would not believe the trouble the counterfeitter must of went through to make these. the packaging, and the product itself look real, but the speaker sounds like a 10c piece of junk. I have heard real sennheisers and they are nothing like these.
also, the UPC code and serial number match a counterfeit CX300 package picture I found on the net.
anyways, I tried contacting the seller with no reply yet (24 hours later). and I know hes been on ebay, because feedback from another item was left/receieved since I messaged him hehehhe
so now at this point I guess im going to file a claim with paypal BUT--
we have not left each other any feedback yet. now I'm just ASSUMING this, but doesnt it seem like I would (of course) leave him negative feedback, then he would do the same for me??
I dont think theres any way I should receive negative feedback for this. I'm the buyer and I paid right away, I have the right to leave negative feedback if somethings wrong
in his auction he lists no returns accecpted, but this is COUNTERFEIT merchandise, you cant just bypass the law here!!!! |

| sorry for your trouble, if you left a bad feedback to him, sure he will do the same to you! I think you'd better go on contacting him and meanwhile if you have sufficient proof that the item is fake, you can make a dispute. |

im just upset that I know he will leave me negative feedback, when I didnt do anything wrong  |

I don't know how to recognize a real or a fake headphones, my company also has Sennheiser headphones for sale, I am not in the sales department so I don't know much about it.
