BEWARE of Ebay BUYER dmurrills. He is a liar.

Thank you for this forum. Ebay won't let me post this there.

I sold two books to dmurrills. It took me a little bit
longer to ship (see my previous feedback to see my record) due to the books being expensive
and needing better shipping boxes. I'm very cautious when shipping pricey books. Instead of contacting me and
being a little patient, he decided to leave negative feedback at the LAST POSSIBLE SECOND so I could not
respond to it. Man, he has got all the tricks down! BEWARE!!!

First, dmurrills paid for media mail. I was unable to combine shipping before he sent payment. After figuring out
what combined shipping would have been, I REFUNDED HIM THE DIFFERENCE!

Notice he doesn't mention that in the negative feedback he dinged me with?

Second, he is in freaking Alaska. Shipping via media mail to Alaska can sometimes take 50 days,
according to the Postmaster IN ALASKA! Still, after 30 days from auction end (not from when I received
payment), dmurrills decided to open a case against me. He NEVER tried to contact me.
He says he did. dmurrils is lying!

Third, I IMMEDIATELY contacted him through ebay AND via his personal email. I had this email due to previous correspondence with him through buying and selling. These were all pleasant experiences. Why he decided to become "less than pleasant" I have no idea.

I ended up contacting his Alaskan post office and spoke to the postmaster so they could watch for this shipment. i felt like he was trying to collect the books and a refund, claiming he never received them. Thankfully, he wasn't trying to pull this scam. i dislike mentioning this because it's almost a positive.

So, I will break his feedback down here. It is my only recourse, since he's such a good schemer!

SELLER IGNORED E-MAILS,REFUSED TO COMBINE SHIPPING THEN SHIPPED TOGETHER
*He never tried to contact me. I would have talked to him. I would have even paid for him to call me directly. I didn't refuse to combine, he just paid too fast (Darn, another complement for him! Oh, well. I'm not going to LIE). I did ship together. And refunded him the difference of $4.77.

PAID 2/2 VIA PAYPAL - SELLER MAILED 2/16 - 14 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT.
*Alas, this is true, and I only have myself to blame. If he would have contacted me and complained instead
of sneakily going behind my back and opening a case, I would have given him A REFUND OF HIS CHOOSING! Seriously, I would have refunded up to 30%. He blew it not realizing I'm a good guy.

So that's my pretty much only negative experience with ebay. And it happened with dmurrills. If you feel he was right how he handled the situation (even though we've had DIRECT and FRIENDLY contact several times before), let me know and I'll pull this post.
