Ronald Dietzel AKA RDIETZEL is an ebay scammer. His feedback reflects that he is a rude, dishonest, horrible member of the ebay society. RDIETZEL purchased an item from me on ebay that was listed as "Untested and Sold as is". When he got the item, he was not happy. When he asked how to resolve the situation, I said, "well as stated in the acution this item ws sold as is and intested. From there he immediatley opened a claim in which I responded, I would give him a full refund if he returned the item to me. Well, paypal takes the money from my acct and holds it. About a week goes by, I havent gotten the item back but i receive an email from paypal that RDIETZEL has been issued his refund. When I emailed Ronald asking where my item is he responded "What do you mean?". From there it all unfolded into this huge scam. He ended up getting the item and his full refund. In the end, Paypal and Ebay reversed the outcome of the case in my favor understanding that Ronald Dietzel AKA RDIETZEL acted very "Shady" as several reps said and would never return any of my emails. Well, low and behold, this guy leaves me negative feedback after I gave him the item AND his money back. I was/am furious, that even though this whole deal case in all was overturned un my favor, this guy is still able to ruin my EBAY reputation.
