Hi

Bought an item from a powerseller with feedback of 2000 plus.

The seller emailed me to let me know it had been dispatched, but the item never arrived. What should I do now?

It's been 19 days and I paid by Paypal. I have feedback of 200 plus and this has never happened before?

Thxs

Contact Paypal to open a dispute with them. The sooner you do it, the better.

You can also get the contact details of the seller though doing an Advanced Search and trying to phone the seller.

Hi Carly,
As Mark said, you can always open a paypal dispute if the item hasn't arrived.

However my advice would be to contact the seller before opening a dispute. You will find that the vast majority of eBayer's are more than happy to sort out any dispute without having to go down the paypal route, it could simply be a case of the item being lost in the post.

Let us know how you get on.

Hello Carly,

How did this end for you? Did you receive your merchandise?
