Be careful

What's selling on eBay at the moment, have you discovered any profitable dropshippers or wholesalers?

I have been using a company (Not mentioning any names) for about 5 years now to dropship goods straight to my customers but they do not do this for everybody, they only do it for me as I pus so much business their way but as they don't do this as a nore recently I came upon a problem.

The arrangement I had was I supply them with my letterhead and price list, in return when I place an order for one of my customers they print out an invoice with my letter head to go with the parcel which is great........until the company goes through some re-shuffeling and they send my customer the recipt they should of sent to me and the invoice that should of gone to the customer came to me, I have now probably lost this very good spending customer to them as they have seen how much proffit I have been making outof them over the past two years :-(

Thankfully the Dropshipping company has agreed if they get any direct orderd from this company they will give me a percentage, which I surpose is good but still not the proffits I was making.

So be warned if a company says they can offer this service when it is not the norm make sure that strict procedures are taken when employees deal with your account.

Don't worry about mentioning their name. Otherwise can I ask what kind of goods you were selling?

Ouch! - - Unlucky, Have you had any contact off them since? Perhaps you could apologise explaining it down to an admin error?

Agreed - overall though I bet it was worth it to make profit from this single customer. Perhaps you supplier will arrange official dropshipping arangements in the future,

That is very unfortunate. Of course, that is what happens with dropshipping. As the saying goes, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

The problem with that is that I devloped my online business(es) so that I would have to do the minimum amount of work not increase my workload..
