I got banned by paypal because they assoiated me with some other user. Tried talking to them, faxed and submittted everything they asked to verify that I'm not associated, but things got even worse from there, not I'm totally banned, I mean I cant even log in to the account, it says you are banned from using paypal. Tried talking with paypal on the phone, they said there is nothing they can do, once they ban, there is practically no way a person can get back. So im stock ducks, cant sell on ebay as a result. I tried selling by teling people check or google checkout only, but no one bites.
Is there a great way to smuggle myself back into paypal? |

Well from what you've said, pretty much sounds like Paypal have made their mind up. I've never known anyone before get banned from using paypal.
Is it practical and possible for a friend or family member to accept paypal payments on your behalf? That's the only method I can see working, to accept Paypal again. |

Have you thought of opening another account?
I can recommend the following steps IF your desperate to open a Paypal account again - it works from experience....
Everything must be different from your existing account, so youll have to open a dfferent bank account, use a different credit card and for instance if your names joe david blog and your suspended account was in Joe Blog, Open it in David Blog.
This is a work around and it works, I know because I was selling some products 2 years ago and I had 1 buyer who purchased 15 items reported me to ebay and then disputed payment with Paypal, total scam this guy pulled was worth over £1700. Paypal refunded the money because I couldnt prove Id delivered the monitors to him, and closed my account (STUPID ME for not getting him to sign a delivery note - 1 VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED!) So he had the stock and the money - so I called round tot he delivery address and he was VERY surprised to see me - boy could he run.....
Any way, we finally worked it out and I got the cash. |
