Hey guys

I sold some clothing items to a seller and now the seller says that the items are not as described and that they are stained nd damaged.

I no this cant be true as i checked for this when i sent the item and am thinking the seller damaged it and now is asking for a refund.

What can i do ? can i say no to a refund and just take the negative feedback or what? or just say that you must be lieing?

thankxs

Great questions. I think you have to decide on those sorts of things before they happen. Don't make it an emotional decision. Make it part of your ebay business plan/style. There are always bad apples in any bunch. It's not worth a negative feedback to me for a few bucks. On the other hand, if you are out a significant about of money you may want to consider no refund.
