What should be the opinion of Buyers who ask 1 or more questions of the Seller and the Seller does not answer? Does the 1) Length of time the Seller has been with eBAY, say 5 years or 2) the number of transactions completed or 3) the 99.7% high rating make any difference as to whether the Buyer should continue the buying process?

4) Also: Does the high plus rating mean that much?[/b]
