Yes, there are hundreds of ways of making money - none of them have to be complicated. Take a look at the number 1 volume seller on ebay - gibertandfrech who have sold over 214,000 items between May-August. Most of their items are only sold at a few dollars each and the whole setup is ran by just a father and son.

As mentioned in previous posts, find a section of ebay that interests you. If your interested in cars, look into selling cars on ebay. I know of a collegue who simply buys cars off ebay, gets them cleaned up and resells them back on ebay. He makes a minimum of £500 per car and has never made a loss.

If fishing is your hobby, look into providing some kind of fishing items to buy and sell. By selling within a category you already are familar with, you'll find it easy, won't view it as work and should enjoy every aspect of it.

Also, keep your setup as simple as possible. Don't complicate things more than they need to be.

Have you considered making an ebook or a do it yourself DIY video? If you are particularly good at something you can sell your "how to" information at auction and you could set a buy it now, or put several of the same copies on one auction.

If you have a good voice you could go over to Gutenbergs site and download some of the free old ebooks and you could record yourself reading some of these and sell your own audio books. I love audio books!
