Hello
on sunday night, I bougt a GPS for 450$
it was a couple $$ cheaper than the others, so i decided to go for it
I pay via paypal
I had to do an immediate payment, never saw that before
on monday morning (2-june-2008) i informed myself and the device is illegal to operate in switzerland due to radio frequencies used (dog tracking mode of GPS)
I immediatly contacted the seller to find an arrangement, no answer
2 days later I tried again to reach him, but I saw already 3 negative feedback
Ive sent numerous emails to seller with no response

I sent again an email, but already opend a dispute in paypal
I looked throug some of the 500 articles of the seller, all had 20 pieces aviable, and a lot of articles with values of 200-1000 had been sold, cameras, gps, dj equipment
I saw @ least 50 buyers from all-system555 last night
this morning all has disapeard, as if the seller never existed
no this morning all the articles have disapeard, even the article i have bought
320257938369
does not exist and no trace in my-ebay
I imediatly called VISA here in switzerland, they will send me a form to contest the payment
this thread is mainly to communicate with the other buyers, i am guessing there are at least 100 with dammage of at least 10'000$ |

I'm also one of the people that got taken by this person. Paypal has issued a refund but its on a temp hold and is said to take 6-8 business days. I really hope I get my money back $1000 i spent on this sellar. Well I hope the rest of you get your money back also.

| I bought a phone 3 days ago from this seller. So is it a fraud or not? I just sent an email to the seller a few minutes ago. Should I wait for the item or should I contact PayPal too, for a refund? |

| Last time I check the seller's ebay site has been shut down. So you may want to check into that. If I were you I would look to get my money back. |

I saw that it was shut down, but probably because of the last 9 negative feedbacks and complaints. I saw that the seller answered all the feedbacks today and before these negative feedbacks he only had good ones. Now I've seen that he's refunding the money to those who complained so I don't think it's really a fraud, maybe just a misunderstanding. A payed him 268.82, I see in my account that he got the money so probably I should wait until Monday to see if he answers my email or he sends me the item. I have to be honest, I panicked at first when I saw the seller being an "unauthorized user", but I'm still hoping things will settle down. I mean if we payed by PayPal, we cannot lose the money, if there is something wrong we will get the refund, that's the safety of PayPal from what I know.
Anyway I would like to keep in touch with you so I can find out what happened and if nothing happens with my item till Monday I will certainly request a refund.

Hey RamySa. I will for sure keep you informed to the status of my refund. I hope that this was not fraud also. I went back and read his comments for the negative feed backs. I gave this person ample time to get back to me. All he had to do is send a blanket email to everyone who purchased items to inform them of the situation. Instead he blew it by not getting back to anybody. To bad for him I'm sure he would have done really well. He had some great products and really good prices.

I purchased an item from allsystems555. Checking the status of shipping, I discovered the seller has been de-registered at ebay. Ebay help told me to contact paypal. I filed a claim for a refund with paypal and sent the seller the following note:

Thought you should know:
I received this feedback from ebay when checking on the status of the item I bought from you.
"This listing (320257941242) has been removed or is no longer available. Please make sure you entered the right item number. If the listing was removed by eBay, consider it canceled."
Subsequently I learned from ebay that your account has been de-registered.
I have escalated a claim with PayPal. If you can provide me with a tracking number to show that the item you sold me has been shipped to me, I will cancel the claim."

Any other news anybody?
I checked the PayPal receipt and under the seller's contact information is this number: 773-209-4888. I looked it up on the internet and it says that it's registered in Chicago IL. the seller says he's from Queen Creek Az. I called the number, I got a voice mail, didn't leave a message, I am going to try later I guess. Anyway this guy( allsystems555) says its name is Wisam S Yacoub, this is also from the receipt this time on ebay.
So I'm still waiting till Monday, 'cause I placed the order on Tuesday the 3rd. I've got no email yet, but it's only been 48 hours so let's just say I'm going to wait 72 like he says on one of his feedback replies.
Oh gosh, never thought I would go through such a mess!  |

| I too was duped. I purchased some JVC headphones on Wednesday. I opened a complaint with PayPal last night, had my money refunded today. The receipt says it was a refund from All systems, so maybe he did it voluntarily. Either way, I'm sure he has a lot of heat coming down on him. |

Hello all,
I found this thread after searching for All-systems555 and the pay pal "contact" info listed. This bastard took me for around $125 and I've followed the same steps you all have with Paypal and Ebay. I'd rather get the external hard drive i bought but if not I'm getting my money back one way or another. This is the first time I've been burned by a seller on Ebay in over 5 years and to say I'm mad as hell is an understatement. If you could keep me posted as to what happens with your situations I'd appreciate it.

Update to my post from June 5th:
After filing the claim against allsystems555 with Paypal, I received notice from Paypal that the seller would refund my purchase. A few hours later I received notice from Paypal that the refund had been processed. I checked my credit card statement - sure enough the refund has been posted.
For what it's worth, I don't think allsystems555 was trying to bilk anyone. His positive feedback history is too good and too long for him to have been a fraudster. I think he just got in over his head: couldn't fill orders on a timely basis, couldn't respond to inquiries, quickly got swamped with negative feedback and Ebay lowered the boom on him.
I'm encouraged that he refunded my purchase immediately after Paypal contacted him.
For those of you having outstanding issues with this seller, you should file a claim with Paypal. It produced quick results for me.

Thank you for your post Bob, I didn't think it was a fraud either, anyway I filled for a refund with PayPal today and I hope I will get my money back as easily as you did.
I hoped I would get an answer from system555 but since I didn't I decided to request the refund although I really wanted the item. |
