Sold me a printer with a 7 days refund if there were problem. Printer arrived smashed (aka not as described) I sent the seller pictures via my eBay. I have tried contacting him with regular email and phone.

2 months and still not a response. It's as if he's hoping I would go away and let him keep the free $55 I've already filed complaint through eBay and they have sided with me but seller isn't making this easy by having a PO Box, tracking shows it remains unclaimed and eBay won't award me if package doesn't get delivered.

I do have his name and town, if I can find a phone book for that area I could find his residential address.
