I AM PRACTICALY SICK OF EBAY SELLERS WHO ONCE THEY GET UR MONEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE SALE ANYMORE. SO FAR I HAVE HAD FOUR ASIAN SELLERS WHO HAVE SENT ME EITHER WRONT ITEMS OR FAULTY ITEMS. THESE BUGGERS WERE QUICK TO ANSWER EMAILS ABOUT POSTAGE COSTS AND OTHER Q'S PRIOR TO THE SALE, BUT DONT ANSWER ANY EMAILS ONCE THEY GET PAYED AND THERE IS A PROBLEM.
TWO OF THESE BUGGERS - MARDEXT AND VELECTRONICS- HAVE SOLD ME WRONG AND FAULTY ITEMS. THE FIRST LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AFTER I CLAIMED MY MONEY BACK FROM PAYPAL...THIS BUGGER THEN WROTE 'I TOOK THE GOODS AND REVERSED THE PAYMENT...!!!....THE OTHER BUGGER DONT ANSWER MY 27 EMAILS SO FAR...AS SUCH IM CLAIMING FROM PAYPAL, BUT VELECTRONICS WAS QUICK TO REPLY TO MY ONE REQUEST FOR POSTAGE COSTS TO MY LOCATION PRIOR TO THE SALE...!!!....EBAY DONT CARE, THEY GIVE ME AUTOMATED BALLONEY EMAILS AND WONT REMOVE THE DEFAMATORY FEEDBACK MARDEXT LEFT ME.....I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT...IN FACT, EBAY SENT ME A WARNING FOR LEAVING 'PROFOUND' LANGUAGE IN MY FOLLOW UP TO THE NEG FEEDBACK..!!!
SEEMS THAT SINCE IM NOT A POWERSELLER, EBAY DONT WANT TO UPSET THEIR LITTLE MONEY MAKING POWERSELLERS, LIKE THIS MARDEXT IDIOT...!!!...
EBAY WONT EVEN BOTHER TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT VELECTRONICS...I HAVE TO CLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL THEY SAY AND THEN LIVE WITH THE FACT THAT VELECTRONICS WILL LEAVE ME NEG FEEDBACK SINCE IM CLAIMING MY MONEY BACK...!!!
IN OTHER WORDS, PAYPAL - WHO BELONGS TO EBAY- RECOGNIZES THAT THESE SELLERS ARE BUGGERS AND AS SUCH GIVES ME A REFUND, THUS ADMITTING IM RIGHT, BUT THEN ALLOWS THESE BUGGERS TO LEAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK...!!!....NO JUSTICE WHAT SO EVER...!!!
IM SICK OF THESE TYPES OF EBAYERS...IM SICK OF EBAY NOT GIVING US ANY SUPPORT AND JUSTICE, IM SICK OF THESE RIP OFF ASIAN SELLERS FROM CHINA, HONG KONG AND ELSEWHERE, IM SICK OF BEING THE VICTIM ....LOOKS LIKE FROM NOW ON IM GONNA HAVE TO DEAL EXCLUSIVELY WITH HONEST NON-ASIAN AMERICANS, EUROPEANS, AND AUSTRALIANS.
SOUNDS A BIT OVER THE TOP ??? SOUNDS ABIT RACIST ???...HELL YES, IT DOES AND I DONT CARE....I WOULD RATHER BE BRANDED A RACIST THAN HAVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY SCAMMED BY SOME ASIAN/NIGERIAN OR OTHER SMARTY RIP OFF NON CARING BUGGER ON EBAY...!!! IN FACT, I MAY JUST LEAVE EBAY ALLTOGETHER...ENOUGH IS ENOUGH...!!! |

Hi Mastergene,
We can definatly see from Velectronics feedback there is a few problems going on. Although they've got over 5000 positive feedbacks within the last month, they've also earned 300 neutral and almost 200 negatives.

Only a small percentage of transactions end in fraud or dispute so it looks like you've been unlucky with your ebay experiences to date. Hopefully paypal will find in your favour.

Hi Keith,
Thanks for your kind words and the time u took to have a look.
Im sure Paypal will act in my favour, this though does not leave me with the fear and possibility that Velectronics will put a negative on my feedback.
However, my real concern is the other bugger 'mardext' who sent me the wrong item, then would not answer my emails, he would not even answer Paypal in the claim I made, but was quick to call me a thief and leave me neg feedback once I won the paypal case and got my money back...!!!
This bugger left a note for all to see claimin 'I got the item and then reversed the payment....in other words called me a thief...!!!
Ebay will not remove this defamatory feedback and cant see anything wrong with me getting it...even though they were the ones who decided to give me my money back...Square trade is useless as well....
I wish there was someone who knew a way to get this unjust feedback removed.
I should not be punished for incopetent/rip off artist sellers.
I made a purchase in good faith and followed up on it within all ebay rules...but then got canned...
we live and learn....the hard way I guess........ |

Personally, if I was in your shoes the last thing I'd worry about is my feedback, rather concentrate on getting back my cash. You can always open a secondary ebay account later with a clean slate.
Like K700 mentions, you seem to have been extremly unlucky, believe me not all experiences on ebay are as bad as yours.
Unfortunately, the circumstances were ebay will remove feedback are limited - and yours is unlikely to qualify. As for Square Trade I've yet to see any advantages of their services. I tried it for a while, cancelled the service twice but they kept billing me for a few more months.
Don't be concerned about coming across as racist, I don't think you did at all & I think we all feel your frustration with the current situation. |

Hey folks....
Good news, for me, of course....
I take back my comment about squaretrade being useless...!!!
Looks like they managed to get ebay to have the neg feedback this mardext idiot left me removed...
The rating is removed, however the comment is still there....but it dont matter....the neg is gone and thats what matters...
As for Velectronics, they have finaly emailed me with a lame excuse about their 'computer having a problem' and have agreed to refund me as soon as they get the item back..... of course me filing a claim with paypal didnt have anything to do with this....haha...oh, well, funny how their computers start to work as soon as they get a claim....
Anyway, thanks for your interest and input.

i know all about it
i used to sell on ebay but my compeditor acused me of
selling fake goods.
and gess what
you can stop any auction on ebay by doing this
the bugger even stoped me selling my second hand car
(it must of been a fake ford)
if this happens to you ,you cant do anything ,and you
cant ever relist the item.
--try it-- you can stop any auction
you just need to report a fake product
and yes you will get a nice automated reply too!! |

| this is news to me about reporting fake products. how can you have a fake ford? that is nuts!? who would want to copy a ford? hahaha...just fooling i like ford cars. |
